Lost SIM Card Replacement

  • If you've misplaced your card or lost your number, don't worry! You can simply request a replacement from us! The symbolic fee for replacement is $30. "Please note, due to new regulations, replacement SIM cards must be processed at designated stores with your ID.
  • Replacement of SIM card at Authorized Retailer, services will be effective within 2 or 3 working days.

Expired Number Retrieval

  • If a customer forgets to recharge and their service has been inactive for over a month, they should contact the IMC service hotline at 28811986 to apply for a replacement of the expired number. They can then repurchase the "Reset Plan" to continue using the same number and service. IMC does not guarantee a successful replacement, and if unsuccessful, the customer will receive a refund of the application fee.
  • The fees for replacing an expired number are as follows: Service expired for one to three months: $50 Service expired for four to six months: $100 Service expired for seven to twelve months: $150 Service expired for over twelve months: $200
  • After completing the application process, you can expect to receive an email response within three working days.
